Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment.
Orders will be sent using either Royal Mail's first or second class delivery service which can be chosen at checkout. On occasions, when a parcel exceeds the weight restrictions set by Royal Mail, it will be sent using Hermes signed for service.
Royal Mail aim to delivery first class mail within 1-2 business days and second class mail between 2-3 business days. Obviously, there will be occasions when this process is interrupted and parcels will take a little longer. We appreciate your patience at times like this.
Orders will be sent to your provided address. Please note that once an item has been shipped the address can not be changed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of despatch, in their original condition (un-cut) and packaging, to qualify for a replacement or refund.

All returned items are inspected before a refund is made. Please e-mail us in the first instance to make us aware of your problem.

If an item is faulty or flawed in any way, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement free of charge. If your return arrives outside of the 14 days stated above, we will not reimburse your carriage costs.

If you wish to return an item to us for any other reason other than damage or fault, we will refund the cost of the item once we have received it back in perfect condition. You as the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply, we will not refund you.
